Charcuterie Salad

tossedmama

I love a good charcuterie board for a date night or get together with friends. This salad is made of some of my favorite charcuterie board ingredients. The nice thing about both the board and this salad, is they can be very customized using your favorite ingredients.

I chose a few veggies, two kinds of meats, two kinds of cheese, two kinds of olives, mild peppers, and almonds for a crunch. These ingredients along with Italian dressing and a couple cups of greens makes a very hearty and delicious salad!
